Pulse

Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 October 2026. Version: 1.0.

1. Operator and scope

These terms apply to your use of Pulse and its connector authorization service, provided by Babak Eivazi Adli, Ukraine. Contact info@pulseera.ai. Review the Privacy Policy before using connected sources.

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use Pulse for an organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf and access its information. Separate signed commercial terms prevail over conflicting provisions here where applicable.

2. What Pulse provides

Pulse is a desktop application for AI-assisted work, business context, and tasks. Its availability depends on the supplied application version, your configured model and tools, network access, and external services. Hosted OAuth enables source authorization and token refresh; it is not a Pulse user-account service.

Current Google connectors request read-only access. Other tools may have different capabilities, so review their permissions and approval prompts. A connector listing does not guarantee access to every resource or uninterrupted third-party service.

3. Your responsibilities

Only connect accounts and use content you are entitled to access. Obtain any permissions required from your organization, customers, employees, or other individuals. Do not use Pulse to bypass access controls, disclose confidential data unlawfully, distribute malware, violate third-party rights, or perform unauthorized surveillance.

You are responsible for reviewing agent actions and results, selecting appropriate external services, securing your computer and credentials, and maintaining necessary backups. You may choose your AI provider, but you must not send Google-derived data to a service whose applicable terms allow prohibited uses, including training generalized AI models. A consent choice does not override those restrictions.

4. AI results and actions

AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or invented information. They are assistance for your work and are not a guarantee of accuracy or a substitute for decisions that require qualified professional judgment. Verify material facts before relying on a result.

Review consequential actions, including communications, financial operations, file changes, and automation. Read-only Google permissions do not imply that every other tool in Pulse is read-only. Additional integrations and instructions may cause external actions subject to their permissions.

5. Your content and third-party services

You retain any rights you have in your content. You permit processing necessary to perform the tasks and transfers you authorize, subject to the Privacy Policy and Google's applicable data-use restrictions. These terms do not grant permission to sell your Google data, use it for advertising, or train generalized AI models on it.

Google, Zoom, model providers, and other services have their own terms, charges, processing policies, and account requirements. You may need separate subscriptions or API access. We do not represent that Google or Zoom has approved Pulse unless a specific verification or publication status has actually been obtained.

Rights in AI-generated outputs may depend on applicable law and provider terms. We do not promise exclusive rights or non-infringement in generated content.

6. Application license and commercial terms

You may use the supplied Pulse application under the license terms delivered with that version and any applicable commercial agreement. Third-party open-source notices and licenses remain effective for their components. Nothing here removes rights granted by those licenses.

These terms do not set a price, subscription, refund rule, or minimum paid term. Any paid service must present its price and applicable commercial terms before purchase. Your use of these public information pages does not create a paid subscription.

7. Availability and ending use

We may update the service to maintain compatibility, fix problems, or meet security and policy requirements. External APIs may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular service level unless separately agreed in writing.

You can stop using Pulse, revoke provider access, and remove local data as described in Disconnect and Delete Data. Removing an application does not necessarily delete its data directories or third-party copies. Authorized access may be restricted for abuse, legal requirements, or provider-policy violations.

8. Liability, mandatory rights, and disputes

Pulse is provided without promises of error-free results or fitness for every use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party service failures, unauthorized use contrary to these terms, or unverified AI results. This does not exclude liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact info@pulseera.ai first if you have a service dispute so that we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms removes access to a court or regulator where applicable law grants that right. A separate commercial agreement may specify governing law and a dispute process, subject to mandatory rights.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated through the website or application as appropriate. New data uses requiring consent will not begin on the basis of these terms alone. Contact info@pulseera.ai with service questions and info@pulseera.ai with data requests.
